We cultivate the land

We sow several hundred hectares every year for each crop.
We work our lands according to traditional techniques respecting the environment.
We use state-of-the-art equipment that minimizes greenhouse gas emissions.
We follow good agricultural practices and we have received the certification of sustainability.
We do not use harmful substances that may damage the environment or health.
We collaborate with other Italian farmers in the typical areas of production of the various products.

We deposit and store our products in modern certified silos for organic products. Even our processing lines are certified for processing organic products:

  • Cleaning and selection of grains by quality and size;
  • Extraction of oil from oilseeds by cold pressing;
  • Dehusking of seeds that are “dressed” in nature (spelt, barley, sunflower);
  • Preparation of flours and semolina.
