Nutritional properties

Hagrinen Sourdough Starter is a 100% natural (“wild”) yeast that has been dried on its third refreshment.

The nutritional value of yeast is the neutralization of phytates, substances present only in wholemeal bread, which remove minerals from the body. For this reason, leavened wholemeal bread with sourdough is the ideal bread for anyone with problems related to calcium deficiency.
